I did my highlights from Jessica at the salon. she was very accommodating.. but my hair already had highlights at the end, I wanted to only blend it with the crown part...after the blow dry it looked okay.Later realised she used too much bleach over the ends again, now my hair is badly knotted and rough.

This salon is highly recommended! Go for high quality yet affordable salon like Higlight Salon. To be honest I was scared to have a hair treatment here in Dubai as I heard some bad feedbacks. But since I cannot travel to the Philippines to do my hair, 2 months ago I searched for a salon with good quality. Then google recommended this salon. It took me awhile to decide if I will book an appointment until finally there's an available slot. I went to the salon to check what is the best treatment for my hair and Ms. Nancy assisted me and advised to have a Keratin. She is very professional and hospitable (yeyy Filipino pride). 😊 So guys, don't waste your time and money for a cheap salon. Book your appointment here and I assure you, you will go home happy and satisfied! 🥰🤗😊

I got the GK keratin treatment done 7 days ago, and I would like to share my experience now that I got my first wash after the treatment. The entire process lasted 5hrs, my hair is waist long, got highlights way before the keratin, wavy, frizzy and it's thin so it gets tangled easily. I was looking to get rid of my flyaways and straighten my hair to avoid flatirons and constant heat. I signed a document authorizing the salon to take pics of my hair and was offered a hair mask done for free in the next 48hrs for posting a review. I didn't post the review immediately because I wanted to wait for the first wash to actually see the results. I went back to the salon after 72hrs and got the mask done anyway which was nice. The salon is very small which I didn't expect but it was clean and the stuff was very kind. However, it was a painful process, I found the male stylist to be very heavy handed, I told him to be a bit softer since he could see my hair was getting tangled easily but he kept of being harsh, which I found very tiring knowing the flatiron part was very long cause of the small sections being straightened. As I said I just got my first wash, I blew dry it as instructed, I purchased the GK shampoo/conditioner recommended and my hair feels silky, smooth and very straight which I wasn't expecting. He told me the straightening percentage will be from 50% -60%, and apparently it's more than that and I'm really glad for. On the other hand, I've seen some negative reviews regarding the duration, so I'll be posting here soon for whoever is interested in investing time and money on this procedure.

This salon is absolutely incredible. I had my hair bleached, treated, cutt and colored into a red to pink ombre. They did an absolutely amazing job, better than I had envisioned it. Got in at short notice today and had my appointment with Vishal.He did a good job on both, consultation and cut. I always arrive with fancy pics and ideas of mine that sometimes just can’t be realized as I have very thin hair. He was very honest about it which I personally really liked. I mean, it’s his profession and not mine.I paid about AED 145 which I think is an absolute reasonable price for short hair.My hair feels really good and I’m satisfied with my cut. I went to HIGHLIGHTS salon for a hair treatment with Brazilian blowout after researching around a lot. Mr. Vishal and his colleague were competent, friendly and professional. I found out about highlights salon by doing a Google search on balayage. This is how I came across their awesome website and I registered for one of their offers. Of course everybody loves offers and this salon has some pretty good ones. I went there and Vishal was the one who took care of my hair. I can say that I'm a very happy customer after we discussed various options for my hair and I got a good idea about what will happen in various situations. I and my daughter had a very good Brazilian Blowout Keratin Treatment at Highlight Salon. It has lasted about 4 months (longer than average) and the Hairstylist was very professional and pleasant. He listened to exactly what I wanted and he was very attentive. After much search and review reading went in for getting blonde highlights done with extremely fragile looking hair and thanks to Gihan now my hair has been so much easier to manage and healthier looking even after the bleaching. The only thing i did was trusted him as an expert and so followed through with his recommendations on olaplex, brazilian blowout and the follow up home products. Its been a month and my hair looks the same as it did in the salon after a quick blowdry after wash. Very glad I found someone who understands hair well and we definitely dont mind the drive from Abu Dhabi to visit Gihan for any hair issues! 😊

I’m usually skeptical about getting haircuts so I did not go in here with the highest of expectations. Please do not let the size of the salon fool you because the staff here seem to be diligently working to ensure customers are at ease. Very friendly staff and good services however, they should either avoid taking too many appointments at a time or get a bigger place with more staff. Somehow 1 person at a time handles 3 customers. It's good to multi task while you have the presence of mind but since it can also lead to errors they should reconsider capacity. Other than that, they will make you feel at home!

I was impressed with the set up of the salon, very clean and the hotel entrance through the spa was very nice. I had my hair colored and Brazilian Blow Out Keratin which is a premium offer there. I showed color that i want as a reference, Gihan was doing my hair very nice and patient both coloring and keratin. However the color did not come out like i needed 🙁 it was darker shade big different than my reference pic, I am not sure how long do i have to wait to change again the color. On the plus side Keratin was done Brilliantly with my hair look shiny and frizzy free straight. I will go back but not sure about coloring...

As keratin is 3-4 hours process so it become quite boring at some places to spend that amount of time but here it was great as the staff was quiet friendly and knew when not to disturb you. The cleanest and best salon that I have visted! They are very sanitary and clean. They abide by hygenic standards. It was the best decision I made for my hair. Ely and Marilyn are very good at what they do. They are also super nice! They told me what would happen step by step and suggested the GK protein treatment. Ely was the one who did my hair. He is very informative and sweet. He was very meticulous when it came to cutting and applying the treatment to my hair. He listened to all my requests and gave me the hair of my dreams. It was better than I expected it to be. He transformed my dry, curly hair into straight and smooth hair. I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Ely, you won't regret it!

It was a splendid experience i had with this salon. I went there after doing a good study on the salons providing good hair treatments. I wanted to go for a protein treatment only as i wanted a free formaldehyde treatment for my hair.Their GK protein treatment is too good; i was guided by the hair stylist Ely and trust me he did a wonderful job. Yes the treatment was bit over my budget but i got a 40% off.If you are a person like me who wants to refrain yourself from going for any keratin/botox/rebonding/brazilian blowout treatments, then you should definitely try this. It stays for 3-4 months which they mention before doing the treatment itself. I highly recommend this.

Let me begin by saying that the service overall from all the staff members I encountered in this place was absolutely brilliant! Ely, Gihan and Franz were all very helpful and went over and beyond in the term of what customer service means :)Ely worked on my hair, he was very professional yet friendly. I am absolutely blown away by the magnificent way Ely handled my hair. He was very very thorough, had his own unique style in the way he treated my hair. He is such a lovely warm person with an incredible talent. His has very soft hands that felt like silk on my scalp yet with the perfect level of firmness required! He was chatting with me throughout and answered all my questions regarding the aftercare for my hair. Not only that, but he was very knowledgeable in why certain products and hair care were either good or bad. Each explanation was very thought out and well sampled with examples so I could tell the difference between very subtle changes to ingredients in my products. My hair at the end of the Yuko treatment and a trim was nothing short of AMAZING. It was done so thoroughly and beautifully with so much care that I am seriously considering that every year when I go towards Asia, I will stop over in Dubai for at least 1 day so I can get a topup of my treatment with Ely! Fan-Freakin-Tastic! 🙂 Thank you so much.

I went to Highlight salon with depressed dry and frizzy hair owing to a bleach treatment done for my highlights, however after getting my Brazilian blowout treatment done by Tania, the texture of my hair improved a lot. With the extra effort she took to explain me the procedure and spending time on my hair, the wait for getting the treatment completed was worth it. After few months I followed up with a keratin treatment through Marlene and I must say that every time I visit them, I am very satisfied with the staff both Marlene and Tania. After a bad experience with my previous salon, Ms. Marlene put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice which procedure should I proceed. So i went there for my keratin .First of All i entered in such a cosy and mesmerising place (the melia hotel). From the bottom to top everyone working there , they had just smiles on their faces to welcome. So i went to the salon and there i welcomed by a great staff. They made me comfortable in every way. I felt so comfortable during the treatment altough they were just 3 but they were managing so nicely. With just smiles on their faces. The most nicest thing they didnt dig imaginary stories that my hair will become this or that instead they told me firmly how intense it would be and how long would it lasts . =) and didnt force me too for anyother thing which usualy other salons does. Usually when I go to Parlor the stylist doesn’t understand what I actually want and I always come back home with little disappointment. But definitely not this time.Ely exactly got what I want and suggested me the best haircut for my hair texture.He deserves more than 5 stars.Salon looks clean and the staffs were friendly.And coming to the price part it’s worth every penny you spend here.

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars to justify. Ely was amazing, from start to end he explained every step patiently. My hair cut was beyond expectations. I had a balayage ombré done with Ely today. I’d describe my hair as pretty severely fried, having had it chemically straightened, colored and bleached plenty of times. So, even though I had a specific look in mind, I went in with zero expectations. Ely said it would be hard to achieve the look I wanted, and he didn’t want to promise me anything. But, over a span of 4 hours, not only did he painstakingly color-correct my hair and patiently perform the entire procedure with great care so as to not further damage it, he even gave me the results that I wanted! The color is almost a perfect match to what I had in mind, and the highlights blend seamlessly with my base color. Thanks, Ely!

I totally recommend Tania at the salon for hair coloring. She was absolutely fabulous from the start. She listened patiently to what I had in mind and explained what would look good and what to stay away from. She made me comfortable at every step of the hair coloring process by telling me what was happening and gave me a lot of tips and tricks for my hair.
End result was exactly what I wanted and it was done to perfection.

I went for an antifrizz treatment , where Ely has done a wonderful job. This was my first experience with gk keratin ( 100% formaldehyde free) and I feel awesome. I really like Melia Dubai for its interior. While searching online for the salon i came across this one and must say i wasnt disappointed. The hairstylist Ely did some amazing job for my haircut and also offered for me to color. Not in a mood i still went for it and he took great effort to make sure my hair looks fine. i totally love the color and the style.

From the past two years, I had been desperately searching for a good hair salon. After so many months of research, I landed on this for getting my highlights and haircut done. Wasn't quite sure about the outcome, but somehow, their portfolio on the site kinda convinced me to go for it. And I am glad that I loved their work. Every girl wants to look beautiful but it's difficult to find the right source at times. Happy with my highlights and the cut, very friendly team, doing their best to satisfy the client, the lady (cant remember the name,sorry!) listened carefully to what i wanted to do with my hair, was very attentive and thorough in her work. The cut was done on dry hair, loved watching those scissors flying around in a professional manner:) The location is a bit weird though, you have to enter through another hotel, but it's surely not the salon's fault;)

I'm so picky when it comes on my hair cut .. That's why I'm so worried if this man going to achieve my hairstyle that I want.. And I'm so surprise that he did the good job.. aside from that He make a different style that I really love.. And he gave me an advice how to style my hair!! It's my first time to experiment something with my hair. It took me 2 months juz to find d right place to hav my fizzy hair fixed. I saw some pics on FB and d work done by highlights salon so decided to get my hair done there. And now I can confidently say I took d right decision. They r d best!!!! I've done mani and pedi in this salon and it was superb! Very satisfied with it. Havent put on the nail polish (for the first time!) Simply because its looking good already without it. Thanks to ate marlyn and the other staff (I forgot his name. Sorry. �) They're very accommodating and friendly. Shout out to their Boss Ms. Francia. Shes great too. ❤

Ive seen them do the color keratin and it was amazing! They're very dedicated to customer satisfaction and without sacrificing the quality. All products were branded. A must visit salon and highly recommended. Will definitely visit again for further treatments. �❤

Absolutely loved the environment. The customer service was great. The make up artist/hairstylist did an absolutely great job, and that is not something that I say lightly. He did a great job of providing the make up that i want and hairstyle I was looking for. This salon is a place where you feel so relaxing.
